Cancellations: We require cancellations more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Paid sessions, and member session credits cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. Paid sessions and member sessions cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice will be credited to your BalanceCryo Vagaro account for future use.

Unlimited memberships: Unlimited members are allowed up to 3 no shows or late cancels within a calendar year. To prevent the abuse of your unlimited membership benefits, any no shows or late cancels beyond the annual 3 strikes grace period will be charged at 50% the session value to the credit card on file.

All sales are final. All sessions purchased expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
